Mo Sarkar initiative expands

The state government has included the departments of Industries, MSME, IPICOL, IDCO, Directorate of Industries, Directorate of Export, Promotion and Marketing and 31 District Industries Centres (DICs) in the Mo Sarkar initiative. This will ensure professional behaviour by officers while dealing with entrepreneurs, investors etc. As a result, the visitors to these offices can register their numbers in the Mo Sarkar portal through a toll-free number. Subsequently, Chief Minister or anyone from his team would collect feedback from randomly selected numbers. While constant positive feedback will fetch incentives/promotion to the officers, negative feedback will fetch poor ranking to the concerned officer/ institution.
