'Mruttika-2019' exhibition in Bhubaneswar

Right ahead of Diwali, many terracotta artists have displayed their crafts in the 'Mruttika-2019' exhibition, which was inaugurated recently in the temple city of Bhubaneswar. The event is organized by the Directorate of Handicrafts and Cottage Industries, which will be held till 25th October. There are about 200 artisans from 20 districts across the state participating in the exhibition. Odisha Government is focusing to provide assistance to the local artisans and are looking for different prospects to ensure better quality of products in the future. According to an official source, many artisans are expecting good sales ahead of diwali.
