Bhubaneswar has a Free Library for everyone

Organized by Walking BookFairs, a city-based bookstore in association with Harper Collins has launched a free library in Bhubaneswar. Their aim is to develop  reading habits among readers and make books accessible for those who can't afford them. Situated near Khandagiri, the library has over 2000 books of which 500 books belong to Harper Collins publications. Except on Mondays, the library is open everyday from 9 AM to 9 PM for people from all age groups and backgrounds, without any fee or registration charge. The founders of Walking BookFairs have been organizing regular get together where they invite writers, entrepreneurs to indulge in open discussions along with reading.
