Research Scholars from NISER enjoy Ekamra Walks and Kala Bhoomi
Doctoral research students from National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), and travelers from Mumbai visited the 120th Ekamra Walks Old Town Circuit. Students claimed that they were overwhelmed with the well-preserved monuments by Archaeological Survey of India and Odisha State Archaeology. As this was their first trip to Odisha, their overall experience was enlightening and educating. The visitors witnessed the unique medicinal plant garden 'Ekamra Van' and enjoyed Odissi at Art Vision, the dance institute established by well-known Odissi Guru Ileana Citaristi. More than 20 people visited Kala Bhoomi to have a glimpse of the rich art, craft and handloom traditions of Odisha.
