Taiwan companies eye smart city projects
The Smart Cities India 2016 exhibition which started on May 11 attracted around 47 Taiwanese companies to showcase their offerings. Smart City projects have encouraged Taiwanese technologies players to try their luck in the Smart City business opportunity. The highlight was MicroLife, the Taiwanese firm’s BP device with two world patented technology - "Detection of atrial fibrillation (Afib)" and "three times average of blood pressure in one button (MAM Technology)". Microlife claims, it is a unique BP device which simultaneously possesses both the features. These Taiwanese firms are hoping to work in association with Indian companies to contribute in the smart city creation process.
