Plus 2 student innovates gas leak detector

During his felicitation  ceremony by the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Right,  Debasish Shivmandal  appealed to the state government for an understanding for his innovation of a kitchen safety ensured device.  Debasish Shivmandal, a +2 student has formulated the  device to avoid the hazardous consequences due to leakage of gas. If fitted in the LPG cylinder the device can detect & send an alert to the mobiles in case of a leakage. Governmental patronage for Debasish can encourage other youths in the state to come up with novel ideas.Earlier Shivmangal had visited Tokyo under the Asia Youth Exchange Programme in science organised by the union science and technology ministry.
