Two pumping station in Sambalpur to stop water logging
To eliminate water logging issue, Sambalpur is going to operate two high-power pumping stations from May 31. Odisha Construction Corporation (OCC) Ltd is instrumental in setting these pumping stations at Binakhandi and Balibandha.The pumps are procured from a Gujarat-based company; 10 150-HP motor pumps at Binakhandi and 8 150-HP motor pumps at Balibandha.This will help in proper regulation of the drain water and the rainwater of the area to keep it water logging free.
